Job summary

Integra Connect, LLC is seeking a results-driven Lead for quality improvement initiatives in oncology, partnering with analysts, data engineers, and clinicians to enhance patient care and outcomes. You will guide project teams through the lifecycle and present findings to practice leaders and life science executives.

You will manage cross-functional teams, develop analytic plans, and drive growth of the quality initiative program, traveling up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• MBA or MHA required.
• Oncology experience in life sciences, health insurance, or healthcare provider settings.
• 3+ years of management consulting in healthcare or related field.
• Experience with data analysis, synthesis, and manipulation.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to present to clinical and administrative stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality improvement projects across life science customers and oncology practice partners to meet timelines and achieve results.
• Provide guidance to analysts to produce high-quality analytical outputs.
• Perform quality assurance on deliverables before presentations.
• Present analytical results to oncology practice leadership and life science executives.
• Stay updated on oncology guidelines to guide project deliverables.
• Recommend improvements to project execution and growth strategies.
• Serve as trusted advisor and project lead for QA initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales, project managers and account managers to meet customer expectations.
• Support growth via new customer acquisition in QA programs.
• Provide weekly status updates and monthly reports on QI projects.
