Job summary

CG Oncology, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) to lead day-to-day operational execution of assigned oncology trials.

You will partner with the CPM to ensure timelines, quality standards, and budgets are met while overseeing CROs, vendors, and sites. You will collaborate across Clinical Operations, Data Management, Biostatistics, Regulatory, and external partners to drive timely and compliant study execution, with 25% travel expectations and an emphasis on risk mitigation and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a life science or health-related field required.
• 5+ years in clinical research with at least 2 years in trial management; oncology preferred.
• Experience working with CROs/vendors, global trials, and sponsor oversight preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads day-to-day operational execution of assigned studies and maintains study timelines and milestones.
• Oversees CROs and study vendors to ensure enrollment, data collection, and deliverables meet timelines and budgets.
• Monitors site activity, review visit reports, protocol deviations, and site issues; escalates when needed.
• Collaborates with Clinical Operations, Data Management, Biostatistics, Regulatory, and external partners to support study execution.
• Prepares and maintains study plans, trackers, training materials, and study documentation.
