You will lead oncology trial execution, manage essential study documents, coordinate meetings and sites, oversee vendors and teams, and drive risk management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience supporting industry-sponsored clinical trials in biotech or pharma.
• Oncology therapeutic experience in a biotech or pharma company.
• Must be located in California.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative biotech environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Oncology clinical trial execution in compliance with protocols and ICH/GCP.
• Manage day-to-day study operations: documents, meetings, site oversight, data listings and site reports.
• Oversee vendor and site performance, onboarding, scopes of work, timelines and quality expectations.
