Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Study Physician for a fully remote role focused on oncology. You will provide medical oversight from protocol design through reporting, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure high clinical quality across trials.

The role requires MD-level medical training, 4+ years clinical experience, and strong knowledge of ICH-GCP. Experience in oncology and CRO/pharma settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Physician MD, ideally with medical thesis, trained in a clinical setting.
• Minimum of 4 years of active clinical experience; specialization in internal medicine or general practice preferred.
• Experience in pharma/CRO in medical/project management/global pharmacovigilance functions in Clinical Development.
• Understanding of ICH-GCP regulations and guidance.
• Experience with data visualization systems and IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Medical content of Clinical Trial Protocols (CTPs) and data capture design.
• Medical input into CQMP and IQRMP risk management.
• Co-authoring medical sections for Clinical Trial Reports and risk assessments.
• Respond to regulatory/ethics questions; support site feasibility and recruitment plans.
• Provide medical input for FAQ logs, trial newsletters, and communications.
• Lead medical activities across one or more trials and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Ensure Parexel standards and required training are followed.
