Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Project Manager II for Oncology. This fully remote, US-based role supports sponsor-dedicated oncology trials across indications and phases, with up to 25% travel.

You will lead global delivery, manage timelines and risks, and coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure compliant execution. The position requires 3+ years of hands-on Clinical Project Management in global oncology, vendor management experience, and strong knowledge of ICH-GCP

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Clinical Project Management experience in global oncology trials
• Experience across multiple countries/regions (NA, Europe, Asia-Pacific, LATAM)
• Vendor management experience required
• Strong understanding of ICH-GCP and regulations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Lead global oncology trials' operational delivery
• Manage study timelines, risks, and deliverables
• Oversee CROs, central labs, and external vendors
• Coordinate study team meetings and action items
• Support forecasting and study-level planning
• Ensure inspection readiness and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
