Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Project Manager II for Oncology on a fully remote US-based team. You will lead global oncology studies, coordinating cross‑functional teams, vendors, and international stakeholders to ensure timely execution and compliance.

The role requires 3+ years in clinical project management, strong ICH-GCP knowledge, and experience across multiple trial phases. Up to 25% travel is noted. Excellent communication and vendor oversight are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related field is required.
• 3+ years of Clinical Project Management experience supporting global oncology trials.
• Experience managing studies across multiple countries/regions.

Responsibilities

• Support and partner with Clinical Study Leads and cross‑functional teams on global oncology trials.
• Lead day-to-day study management across startup, conduct, maintenance, and closeout.
• Manage study timelines, deliverables, risks, and issue resolution.
• Oversee external vendors, CROs, central laboratories, imaging vendors, and specialty providers.
• Coordinate Clinical Trial Team meetings and drive action item follow‑up.
• Support study-level planning, forecasting, and operational strategy execution.
• Monitor study performance metrics and intervention needs.
• Ensure inspection readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate across Clinical Operations, Data Management, Biostatistics, Regulatory, Safety, and Quality.
