Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Project Manager II - Oncology for a fully remote US-based role, driving execution of global oncology trials across multiple indications. You will lead study management activities, coordinate cross‑functional teams, vendors, and international stakeholders to meet timelines and quality standards.

Candidates should have 3+ years of hands-on CPM experience in global oncology, strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, and vendor management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related field.
• 3+ years of Clinical Project Management experience supporting global oncology clinical trials.
• Experience managing studies across multiple countries and regions.
• Vendor management experience required.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial operations and study lifecycle management.
• Experience supporting Phase I, Phase II, Phase III, and/or Phase IV oncology studies.
• Strong working knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical research regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively within global, cross‑functional matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead global oncology trials and manage study timelines across startup, conduct, maintenance, and closeout.
• Oversee external vendors, CROs, labs, imaging, and specialty providers.
• Coordinate study team meetings and drive action item follow-up.
• Support study planning, forecasting, and operational strategy execution.
• Monitor study performance metrics and ensure inspection readiness and regulatory compliance.
