Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Project Manager II - Oncology for a fully remote US-based role supporting a diverse portfolio of oncology studies. The position requires 3+ years of hands-on experience leading global oncology trials and collaborating with cross‑functional teams, vendors, and international stakeholders.

You will drive operational leadership, study execution, timelines, and quality across multiple indications. Up to 25% travel is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related field is required.
• 3+ years of Clinical Project Management experience in global oncology.
• Experience across multiple countries/regions is preferred.
• Vendor management experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; CTMS/eTMF experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead global oncology trials and manage day-to-day study activities.
• Oversee timelines, deliverables, risks and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with CROs, vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Support study planning, forecasting and strategy execution.
• Ensure inspection readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
