Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Project Manager II - Oncology for a fully remote US-based role, supporting sponsor-dedicated programs across multiple oncology indications. 3+ years of global oncology trial experience and vendor management are required; travel up to 25%.

You will lead day-to-day study management across startup, conduct, maintenance and closeout, coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and regulatory stakeholders, and drive timelines, quality and inspection readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific/healthcare field required.
• 3+ years of clinical project management in global oncology.
• Experience across multiple countries/regions.
• Vendor management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead global oncology study management across startup, conduct, maintenance and closeout.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Manage study timelines, deliverables, risks, and issue resolution.
• Monitor study performance metrics and ensure inspection readiness.
• Support planning, forecasting, and executive communications.
