Job summary

Pair Team is seeking a remote Referral Coordinator to support scheduling and care coordination for underserved populations. You will manage referrals, schedule PCP, dental, vision, and transportation, verify insurance, handle ROI/AR requests, and document activity in internal systems.

Based in the United States, you will work PST hours, collaborate with care teams, ensure HIPAA compliance, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• 1+ years of healthcare operations or administrative experience.
• Experience as Referral Coordinator or Medical Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process, track, and coordinate patient referrals for timely scheduling.
• Schedule PCP, dental, vision, and transportation appointments.
• Verify insurance eligibility and in-network PCP status.
• Coordinate ROI and AR requests.
• Document communications in internal systems and support care continuity.
• Collaborate with the care team to improve scheduling efficiency.
