Responsibilities

• Assist prospective students with inquiries, evaluate and process applications, and make admissions decisions.
• Guide admitted students through program selection, Orientation, and enrollment.
• Serve as a subject matter resource for prospective and newly admitted students with individualized guidance and proactive follow-up.
• Analyze transcripts, TSI information, and other admissions documentation; determine eligibility and admission status based on established criteria.
• Interpret university and CID/CBE requirements; connect students with appropriate resources.
• Assist students in successfully enrolling in their first term.
