Job summary

Emser Tile seeks an Omni Channel Manager to drive in-store and online sales through strong relationships with merchants. You will own all omni channel accounts, coordinate promotional calendars, and partner with logistics to forecast inventory, while shaping a budget with the VP of Omni Channel to boost market sales.

You will expand the DIY mass merchant footprint, leverage existing connections, and implement best practices to maximize profitability across channels.

Qualifications

• Successful history in driving sales through omni channel.
• Proven business acumen with margins and P&L understanding.
• Experience in motivating and developing sales teams.
• Thrives in busy environments; highly organized and goal oriented.
• Ability to meet sales targets and goals.
• Knowledge of tile/home improvement industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own all omni channel relationships with current and future customers.
• Manage promotional calendars across assigned customers to drive sales.
• Maintain relationships with merchants, in store and online.
• Create action plans with Emser merchants for marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with Logistics and Operations to forecast and maintain inventory.
• Budget with VP of Omni Channel to drive immediate market sales.
• Add new customers within the DIY mass merchant category.
• Leverage existing relationships to jumpstart the omni channel business.
• Apply best practices to grow in-store and online sales.
• Ensure profitability with agreed margins; review customer contracts with legal.
