Qualifications

• Experience configuring Okta Identity Engine (OIE) or Okta Classic Engine.
• Public Trust eligibility and U.S. Citizenship.
• Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, PKCE.
• Experience implementing FIDO2/WebAuthn for phishing resistance.
• Experience with identity federation (OIDC, SAML 2.0).
• Mobile authentication for iOS/Android and API security.
• Proficient in API authorization models using OAuth scopes/claims.
• Experience with provisioning, deprovisioning, and directory synchronization.
• Strong troubleshooting for authentication, federation, and SDKs.
• Familiarity with Postman and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize Okta Identity Engine for DoD workflows.
• Implement Okta Embedded SDK for secure app auth flows.
• Develop mobile identity integrations for iOS and Android.
• Implement OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and PKCE in enterprise apps.
• Configure phishing-resistant methods (FIDO2/WebAuthn).
• Design adaptive/risk-based authentication policies.
• Integrate OIDC and SAML 2.0 identity federation with external IdP.
• Manage token lifecycles (JWT, ID, Access, Refresh).
• Secure API authentication with OAuth scopes and claims.
• Automate IAM workflows using Okta Workflows and low-code tools.
• Integrate Okta with DoD data sources and IAM services.
• Support provisioning, deprovisioning, and attribute governance.
• Troubleshoot complex IAM, federation, and SDK issues.
• Use REST APIs and Postman for development and validation.
• Collaborate with DevSecOps to embed IAM in CI/CD.
• Ensure compliance with DoD RMF, STIGs, and NIST guidelines.
