Job summary

Peraton is seeking an experienced Okta IAM / Identity Integration Engineer to design, integrate, and sustain identity services for DoD AMASS programs. The role focuses on Okta Identity Engine, Embedded SDK, and secure auth flows across web and mobile platforms in a 100% remote setting.

Candidates should have strong OAuth/OIDC knowledge, FIDO2/WebAuthn experience, and a background in enterprise IAM within Federal environments. US citizenship and public trust eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and administering Okta Classic Engine or Okta Identity Engine (OIE).
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, PKCE.
• Experience with FIDO2/WebAuthn for phishing-resistant authentication.
• Experience with identity federation and IdP integrations (OIDC, SAML 2.0).
• Strong understanding of token lifecycle management (JWT, ID, Access).

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize Okta Identity Engine to support DoD enterprise workflows.
• Implement and support Okta Embedded SDK for secure app authentication.
• Develop mobile identity integrations for iOS and Android.
• Design adaptive and risk-based authentication policies.
• Integrate identity federation services and external IdPs.
