Job summary

TheCorporate LLC is seeking an experienced Okta Engineer to support IAM initiatives for a DHS environment. You will design, implement, configure, and maintain Okta-based identity solutions while ensuring compliance with federal security requirements.

Your responsibilities include designing and administering Okta Identity Cloud, configuring SSO, MFA, AD/Entra ID integration, and workflows. Remote work options apply with secure collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IAM/Okta engineering experience.
• Hands-on Okta administration and implementation.
• Experience with SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM, REST APIs, and federation.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory/Azure AD (Entra ID).
• Experience with MFA, SSO, RBAC, provisioning, and identity lifecycle management.
• Scripting/automation using PowerShell or Python.
• Understanding of Zero Trust and NIST security frameworks.
• Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Active DHS clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and administer Okta Identity Cloud and IAM solutions.
• Manage SSO, MFA, Adaptive MFA, Universal Directory, and Lifecycle Management.
• Configure SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SCIM integrations.
• Integrate Okta with enterprise and federal applications.
• Support user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access workflows.
• Troubleshoot authentication, federation, and access issues.
• Develop and maintain Okta Workflows and automation.
• Implement IAM solutions aligned with Zero Trust and NIST.
• Support security audits, documentation, and compliance activities.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, application, and DevOps teams.
