D2B is seeking an experienced Off-the-Plan Conveyancing Specialist to join our Australian property services client. You will review off-the-plan contracts and related developer documentation before signing, identify legal, financial and property risks, and present clear findings to clients.

Working remotely under an Independent Contractor Agreement, you will liaise with purchasers, developers, solicitors, brokers and other professionals to provide precise contract interpretation, risk assessment

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in Australian conveyancing
• Strong ability to review off-the-plan contracts and related documentation
• Solid understanding of Queensland property and conveyancing practices
• Ability to identify contractual risks and explain potential impact to purchasers
• Experience interpreting complex contracts and identifying favorable terms
• Strong written English for client-facing reports
• Attention to detail when reviewing multiple documents

Aufgaben

• Review residential and commercial off-the-plan property contracts before signing
• Review contracts with supporting documentation (disclosures, plans, surveys, by-laws, etc.)
• Identify and assess contractual, legal, financial and property risks
• Explain complex matters in plain English to clients and stakeholders
• Provide recommendations on amendments or protections before signing
• Negotiate special conditions with developers' solicitors when appropriate
• Review amendments and updated disclosure docs during development
• Liaise with purchasers, developers, solicitors, brokers, advisers
• Maintain records of reviews, instructions, negotiations and amendments
• Hand over to conveyancing team after contract signing
