Base Pay Range

$130,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr

About the Role

We are seeking a Remote OFCI Manager to act as an Owner’s Representative for large‑scale, mission‑critical projects. While this role primarily supports hyperscale data center projects, we welcome candidates with experience in other complex environments such as semiconductor facilities, pharmaceutical plants, advanced manufacturing, or similar high‑tech projects.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting‑edge infrastructure projects while enjoying the flexibility of a remote position with occasional travel.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage OFCI Lifecycle: Oversee procurement, logistics, delivery, and installation of owner‑furnished equipment.
  • Coordinate Stakeholders: Serve as the primary liaison between owners, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth execution.
  • Schedule Alignment: Track and align equipment delivery with construction milestones to avoid delays.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform inspections, validate installations, and resolve issues related to OFCI equipment.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed logs, provide regular updates, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Risk Management: Address logistical challenges, warranty issues, and coordinate corrective actions when needed.

  • Experience: 3+ years in construction or complex project environments (data centers, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, advanced manufacturing, etc.).
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with vendor equipment.

  • Problem‑Solving: Skilled at troubleshooting and resolving logistical and technical challenges.
