Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Principal Equipment Supply Chain Site Leader to support active data center construction programs on a 100% onsite basis. You will own site-level execution and risk management for OFCI equipment from PO through commissioning, coordinating across procurement, OEMs, engineering, construction, and commissioning teams.

This role requires strong communication, fast-paced onsite decision-making, and the ability to work in multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting data center, hyperscale, or mission-critical construction projects.
• Strong understanding of the OFCI equipment lifecycle (PO → delivery → installation → commissioning).
• Experience working directly with OEMs under tight schedules.
• Proven ability to operate fully onsite in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own site-level execution, coordination, and risk management of Owner-Furnished, Contractor-Installed (OFCI) equipment from post-purchase order through final commissioning and startup.
• Serve as the single-threaded onsite leader, coordinating across procurement, OEMs, engineering, construction, and commissioning teams.
• Direct impact on project schedule and delivery outcomes through on-site leadership and issue resolution.
