Qualifications

• 8+ years in organizational change management or related consulting.
• Experience leading OCM for multi-workstream transformation Programs.
• Ability to develop change strategies, impact assessments, and stakeholder plans.
• Strong facilitation, executive communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of OCM strategy across the program.
• Conduct impact assessments across operations, tech, and workforce.
• Engage stakeholders and run leadership sessions and workshops.
• Coach leaders and build a change-network to enable adoption.
