cargo.one is seeking a Content Operations QA Analyst (Ocean) to ensure the accuracy of ocean freight data. You will compare AI-populated data with source rate sheets and tariffs, correcting discrepancies and maintaining trustworthy master data.

The role requires exceptional attention to detail and fluent English, with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills. You’ll work in a remote-first environment, occasionally meeting in person, and collaborate with vendor partners to fix issues and improve QA

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English for daily collaboration with international partners.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy in high-volume workflows.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate QA tasks.

Responsibilities

• Quality-check ocean freight contracts, rates and surcharges against source rate sheets.
• Cross-check entries and follow QA steps; document checks performed.
• Learn how ocean rates and surcharges work to identify discrepancies.
• Catch and correct errors before they reach customers and vendors.
• Communicate with vendor partners to fix issues and close loops.
• Help improve QA checks, guides and documentation; assist with AI tooling.
• Maintain structured, high-quality master data across ocean content.
