NOCD Inc. seeks a Mental Health Therapist in Hawaii to provide ERP-based therapy via our telehealth platform, focusing on OCD treatment. The role is weekend and evening oriented with flexible scheduling and cross-team collaboration.

The therapist must hold an independent license in Hawaii (LP/LMFT/LMHC/LCSW) and a master's degree, with at least 6 months of relevant experience. Remote work from a private location is supported.

Qualifikationen

• Masters Degree required.
• Full and unrestricted license to practice in your state.
• Hawaii licenses: Psychologist, LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW are required to work in Hawaii.

Aufgaben

• Provide OCD-focused therapy via NOCD video platform.
• Manage caseload and schedule.
• Document clinical notes in NOCD EHR.
• Participate in clinical consultations and ongoing training.
• Collaborate with network to inform treatment decisions.
• Complete 15–25 hours of direct clinical work during evenings/weekends.
• Attend weekly group clinical consultation.
