Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our remote teletherapy team serving clients across the United States. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to impact patients in multiple settings.

You will assess, plan, and deliver OT services via telehealth, with licensure reimbursement for California, and opportunities for pediatric care within a therapist-owned organization focused on quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active CA State Occupational Therapy License or ability to apply.
• Experience in a clinic or school setting or successful clinical interview.
• Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy through our all-inclusive platform.
• Should be comfortable working with pediatrics (18 months+)
• Feeding and/or Hand Therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning to determine needs and goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessments.
• Provide remote occupational therapy services via telehealth to improve functional abilities.
• Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to support independence.
• Maintain accurate patient records, progress notes, and treatment plans.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient privacy in all sessions.
• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively for remote therapy sessions.
• Stay updated with OT developments and engage in ongoing professional development.
