Job summary

All Care Therapies is hiring remote Occupational Therapists to serve clients across the United States via telehealth. This position focuses on delivering OT services to pediatric and other clients, developing treatment plans, and promoting independence.

Requirements include a Master's in Occupational Therapy, active California license or eligibility, experience in clinic or school settings, and comfort with teletherapy on our platform.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in OT from an accredited program.
• Active CA State OT license or ability to apply.
• Experience in a clinic or school setting or successful clinical interview.
• Teletherapy proficiency with our all-inclusive platform.
• Comfort working with pediatric populations (18 months+).
• Spanish language skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients remotely and determine needs and goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Provide remote OT services with exercises and interventions.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence.
• Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and privacy of patient information.
• Utilize telehealth tools effectively for remote sessions.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and stay current with OT practices.
