Job summary

All Care Therapies is a national therapy provider offering virtual, in‑home, and clinic services across multiple states. We are growing our Teletherapy Occupational Therapy team to serve clients nationwide in a flexible remote role.

You will assess and treat pediatric clients via telehealth, develop plans, educate families, and document progress while maintaining HIPAA compliance. California licensure or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (ACOTE‑accredited)
• Active CA State OT License or ability to apply
• Experience in clinic or school settings or successful clinical interview
• Proficient with teletherapy through our platform
• Comfortable with pediatric population (18 months+)
• Feeding/Hand Therapy experience preferred but not required
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning via teletherapy to determine needs and goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals.
• Deliver remote occupational therapy services, including exercises and activities.
• Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to improve independence.
• Maintain accurate patient records, progress notes, and treatment plans.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient privacy in all interactions.
• Utilize telehealth tools effectively for remote sessions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with OT advances
