Job summary

All Care Therapies is hiring a Remote Occupational Therapist to deliver OT services via telehealth to a diverse caseload across the United States. You will assess, plan, and implement treatment plans while collaborating with caregivers to promote independence.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, an active California license or eligibility, and experience with pediatrics (18 months+). Proficiency with our teletherapy platform and HIPAA compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active CA State Occupational Therapy License or eligibility to apply.
• Experience in a clinic or school setting or successful clinical interview.
• Proficient teletherapy using our all-inclusive platform.
• Comfortable working with pediatrics (18 months+).
• Feeding and/or Hand Therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assessments: conduct evaluations of physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning to determine needs and goals.
• Treatment Planning: develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessment findings.
• Intervention: provide remote OT services, including exercises and activities to achieve goals.
• Education: educate patients and caregivers on techniques to enhance independence.
• Documentation: maintain accurate patient records, progress notes, and treatment plans.
• Compliance: adhere to HIPAA and privacy regulations.
• Technology: use telehealth platforms effectively for remote sessions.
• Continuing Education: stay current with OT developments and pursue ongoing learning.
