All Care Therapies is seeking a Remote Occupational Therapist to join our teletherapy team, delivering high-quality OT services to a diverse caseload via a secure platform.

The role supports patients across California and other states, requires a CA State OT license, pediatric experience (18 months+), and comfort with telehealth; Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active CA State Occupational Therapy License or ability to apply.
• Experience in a clinic or school setting or successful clinical interview.
• Proficient with teletherapy through an all-inclusive platform.
• Comfortable working with pediatric populations (18 months+).
• Feeding and/or Hand Therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs via telehealth.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver remote OT interventions and activities to promote independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to improve function.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and treatment documentation.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant privacy and security during sessions.
• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively for remote sessions.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and continuing education.
