Job summary

CBRE is seeking an Occupancy Sr. Planner to provide space planning, data mining, and reporting for large clients. You will review space requirements, create block plans, and produce presentations for steering committees.

The role involves coordinating with project management for moves and construction, and ensuring accurate occupancy data and forecasts. Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent), 2-5 years of related experience, and certifications in Corporate Real Estate, LEED,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Certification in Corporate Real Estate, LEED or Facilities Management required.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Review space requirements and provide conceptual plans and recommendations to real estate team and stakeholders.
• Create block/stack plans, charters, and move lists.
• Produce drawings and presentations for internal and client reviews.
• Collaborate to gather business intelligence on relocations and sequencing.
• Validate occupancy metrics and adjust space planning accordingly.
• Maintain occupancy data in the system of record.
• Forecast space planning trends and business conditions.
