Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Occupancy Planner to provide space planning, data mining, reporting, and interpretation of occupancy metrics for a small to medium-sized client.

This role supports Moves, Additions and Changes services, including design, construction, and relocation activities. You will review space needs, create plans, produce presentations, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive informed decisions and approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience analyzing information to make judgments.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.
• Intermediate math skills for percentages and fractions.

Responsibilities

• Review space requirements and provide conceptual plans to stakeholders.
• Assist with block or stack plans and move lists.
• Produce drawings and presentations for internal stakeholders and client meetings.
• Collaborate with team to gain business intelligence on relocation sequencing.
• Attend client meetings and draft minutes for approvals.
• Enter and maintain occupancy data in the system of record.
• Prepare forecasts and evaluate space planning trends.
• Coordinate with vendors to investigate code requirements and permits.
• Facilitate post-occupancy reviews to ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
