Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Reliability Monitoring Engineer for a 100% remote position in the United States. You will design and operate the observability stack—metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting—to deliver high signal quality and tangible ROI for engineering teams.

Candidates should have 6+ years in SRE/observability, hands-on Prometheus and Grafana experience, and proficiency in Go, Python, or Java. This is a direct W2 role with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years in SRE, platform engineering, or observability roles.
• Hands-on experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and at least one major commercial observability platform (Datadog, New Relic, or Splunk).
• Strong understanding of OpenTelemetry, distributed tracing and structured logging.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, or Java.
