Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an Observability Engineer to design and run the metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting platforms that give engineering teams confidence in the systems they operate. The role covers the full observability stack, from collection to dashboards and alert workflows, with a focus on signal quality and ROI.

The ideal candidate will have scale experience, open-source vs SaaS tradeoffs, and the ability to translate telemetry into actionable insights for engineers

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 6+ years in SRE, platform engineering, or observability roles.
• Hands-on with Prometheus, Grafana, and at least one major observability platform (Datadog, New Relic, or Splunk).
• Strong understanding of OpenTelemetry, distributed tracing, and structured logging.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, or Java.
• Experience operating high-cardinality, high-throughput metrics and log pipelines.
• Strong understanding of SLOs and error budgets.
• Experience integrating observability with CI/CD and incident management tooling.
• Knowledge of Linux internals, networking, and container platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
