Job summary

Luro Health Inc. is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensed in CT, ME, NH, or VT for a remote obesity medicine program.

You will conduct virtual assessments, manage meds, and develop treatment plans within a collaborative, telehealth-enabled care model. You will work with physicians, dietitians, care coordinators, and operations partners to deliver evidence-based care, maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation, and ensure patient safety in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Active PA-C or NP license and DEA in good standing (required)
• Preference for licenses in CT, ME, NH, VT
• NP board certified or PA program graduate (accredited)
• Telehealth eligibility in assigned states

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual patient assessments and medical histories
• Diagnose and manage obesity and related chronic conditions
• Prescribe and manage medications in accordance with clinical protocols and supervision requirements
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress, safety, and treatment response
• Educate patients on medical and behavioral aspects of obesity care
• Escalate clinical concerns and adjust care as appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and participate in case reviews
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the EHR
• Uphold telehealth, prescribing, and compliance standards
