Job summary

Luro Health is hiring a full-time remote Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) licensed in CT, ME, NH, or VT to deliver obesity medicine through virtual programs.

You'll conduct virtual assessments, manage chronic conditions, prescribe medications under clinical protocols, develop treatment plans, and document in the EHR while upholding telehealth standards. Remote, HIPAA-compliant workspace required.

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA license and DEA in good standing.
• Telehealth eligibility for assigned states (CT/ME/NH/VT).
• NP board certification or PA program completion.
• Experience in primary care or obesity medicine.
• Comfort with virtual patient communication and EHR use.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual patient assessments and medical histories.
• Diagnose and manage obesity and related chronic conditions.
• Prescribe and manage medications under clinical protocols and supervision.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress, safety, and treatment response.
• Educate patients on medical and behavioral aspects of obesity care.
• Escalate clinical concerns and adjust care as appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and participate in case reviews.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the EHR.
• Uphold telehealth, prescribing, and compliance standards.
