Role Overview:
Provides direct outpatient nursing care in an OB-GYN clinic, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, and supports health promotion and education activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations.
• Participates in ensuring patient safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in professional development.
• Provides education on post-treatment home care, medication administration, and health management.
• Works in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safe practices at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of RN experience with an OB background preferred; experience in supervisory roles not required.
