Responsibilities

• Analyzing and processing New York Workers' Compensation Lost-Time claims to determine benefits.
• Negotiating settlements within designated authority.
• Communicating claim activity with claimants and clients.
• Reporting claims to the excess carrier and responding to directions professionally.
