Qualifications

• Education & Licensing: 2 years of claims management experience or equivalent.
• High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Licensing: NY preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Lost-Time workers' comp claims to determine benefits due.
• Investigate information to support timely claim adjudication.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity with the claimant and the client.
• Report claims to the excess carrier and respond to directions in a professional and timely manner.
