Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. (GPI) seeks transportation construction inspectors for municipal and state projects across New York.

You will review plans, document work activities, calculate quantities, and inspect work for conformance, with both field and office engineering responsibilities. Candidates with NYSDOT specs experience and NICET/ACI/NACE/NETTCP/ATSSA certifications are preferred; strong communication skills, a valid driver's license, and own vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with NYSDOT Standard Specifications for Construction and NYSDOT MURK.
• NICET/ACI/NACE/NETTCP/ATSSA certifications preferred.
• Good oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Review of plans, documentation of work activities as well as quantity calculations.
• Inspection of work to ensure conformance with approved plans and specifications, including field inspection and office engineering.
