Job summary

Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. (GPI) seeks transportation construction inspectors for municipal and state projects across New York. You will review plans, document activities and quantities, and inspect work to ensure conformance with approved plans and specifications.

These opportunities include both field inspection and office engineering. GPI is a multi-discipline engineering firm with 50+ years of experience in transportation infrastructure and building systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with NYSDOT Standard Specifications for Construction and Materials.
• Preferred NICET, ACI, NACE, NETTCP, or ATSSA certifications.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and document work activities as well as quantity calculations.
• Inspect work to ensure conformance with approved plans and specifications, including field inspection and office engineering.
