Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and licensed to practice law in applicable states.
• Civil litigation and/or personal injury experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in NY PIP defense from intake to resolution.
• Litigate low complexity and exposure cases through pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs.
• Attend hearings, conferences, mediations, arbitrations, and trials as needed.
• Consult with Claims on legal aspects of files and assist in case management.
• May support senior attorneys on more complex matters and handle second chair trials.
