BCG Attorney Search seeks a NY-barred litigation attorney for a remote role based in Pittsburgh, PA. The attorney will represent New York clients in diverse matters, with flexibility for remote or hybrid work and court appearances as required.

Required NY bar and familiarity with NY law; civil litigation experience and strong drafting skills are preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and Lexis is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be NY-barred.
• Familiarity with NY law and procedure required.
• Civil litigation experience preferred.
• Experience drafting discovery and motions preferred.
• Excellent writing and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Lexis software.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in all phases of litigation from initiation to expert discovery.
• Attend court appearances, hearings, depositions, and case management conferences.
• Conduct complex legal research and discovery investigations.
• Draft discovery requests, motions, and legal memoranda.
• Review discovery responses and prepare litigation update reports.
• Negotiate with opposing counsel to settle claims.
• Communicate closely with clients to provide legal analysis and advice.
