Qualifications

• Experience configuring Siemens NX, templates, role-based settings, and multi-user environments.
• Experience reading engineering drawings, schematics, and CAD/PLM docs.
• Strong communication across organizational levels.
• 7+ years in a CAD administration or NX configuration role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize the Siemens NX CAD environment with templates and role-based configurations.
• Administer NX installations, license servers, and Teamcenter PLM integration.
• Configure standardized part families and reusable libraries for design consistency.
• Lead root cause investigations for CAD/PLM issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop automation using NXOpen API and Knowledge Fusion to streamline tasks.
• Establish and enforce CAD/PLM standards and global drawing templates.
• Provide technical leadership and training to engineering teams.
• Coordinate CAD/PLM improvement projects with IT, QA, suppliers and external providers.
• Drive reliability and continuous improvement of the CAD/PLM environment.
• Ensure compliance with site security and regulatory standards.
