Job summary

Balance365 is seeking a balanced coach for group and one-to-one coaching within our habit-based, evidence-based behavior-change program. This part-time role can grow to full-time as demand increases.

You will manage a flexible caseload with evening and weekend availability, and occasional travel to live events. Reporting to the Director of Client Success, you will coach in private and group settings, respond promptly to members, and collaborate with the Client Success team to support program

Qualifications

• Experience in group coaching and one-to-one coaching.
• Nutrition coaching education or experience is preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to sign an NDA and non-compete.

Responsibilities

• Daily one-to-one member check-ins (written and Zoom).
• Daily check-ins and coaching presence in group cohorts.
• Host weekly group coaching calls.
• Respond to member messages within 24 business hours.
• Weekly written check-ins and monthly one-to-one coaching via Zoom.
• Collaborate with Client Success team.
