Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate with new students on payment completion requirements.
• Counsel students with high balances or delinquent accounts.
• Contact students to collect outstanding balances.
• Establish payment plans to cover balance not covered by the financial aid award.
• Prepare payment plans for tuition and fees.
• Ensure compliance with applicable policies and laws.
• Respond promptly to customer service issues and concerns.
• Perform data entry for student accounts.
• Collaborate with other departments to assist with financing and advising needs.
• Post tuition and invoice student balances.
