Job summary

Valid8 Financial, Inc. seeks a Nursing Practice Manager to support Nurse-Family Partnership program supervisors and state consultants, ensuring quality and efficient implementation of home visiting.

The role involves mentoring, webinars, and learning platforms, with a portfolio across 20–30 nurse supervisors in multiple states. The position is remote within the United States, with travel up to 30% for site visits and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required, master’s degree in nursing or related area preferred.
• Minimum one-year experience within the NFP program or other home visiting program providing nurse home visitation to pregnant women or families with young children.
• Minimum one-year experience with reflective practice and motivational interviewing.
• Minimum one-year experience teaching adult learners, public speaking, presentation, consultation and/or nursing education.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in one of the following areas of nursing: community health, home visiting, family / maternal-child health, pediatrics, or mental health.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a managerial, administrative, or supervisory position.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and use data to inform decisions and evaluate program performance and ability to clearly communicate the meaning of data to a broad range of audiences.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio management with nurse supervisors, home visitors, and administrators across multiple states to ensure model fidelity and outcomes.
• Support collaborative relationships with a focus on inclusivity and cultural awareness across departments and programs.
• Provide technical leadership in assessment, development, and delivery of innovations to meet nursing practice needs.
