Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Nursing Informatics Specialist to help evaluate AI systems for clinical use. You bring frontline nursing knowledge and informatics expertise to shape how AI understands real-world workflows.

This remote, hourly-contract role offers 10–40 hours per week. You will review AI outputs, assess safety, document gaps, and provide feedback against nursing standards, with independent, asynchronous work.

Qualifications

RN or equivalent clinical background with informatics/health IT experience.
Experience with EHR systems and clinical documentation workflows.
Ability to critically assess AI outputs against nursing best practices.
Detail-oriented with consistent evaluation standards.
Excellent written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Review AI-generated clinical content and EHR workflows for safety and real-world applicability.
Identify gaps or errors in AI nursing and clinical documentation.
Provide structured feedback on AI system alignment with nursing standards.
Assess usability and clinical soundness of AI-driven recommendations.
Evaluate AI outputs against real clinical documentation workflows in Epic/Cerner.
Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
