What You'll Do

• Evaluate AI-generated clinical content and informatics outputs for accuracy, safety, and real-world applicability
• Review how AI represents nursing workflows, EHR interactions, and clinical documentation practices
• Identify gaps, errors, or unsafe assumptions in AI responses related to patient care and health IT
• Provide structured, expert feedback to help AI systems better reflect frontline nursing realities
• Assess AI reasoning around topics like care coordination, data quality, and system usability
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with experience in clinical informatics or health IT
• Hands‑on experience with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
• Strong ability to analyze clinical workflows and documentation practices
• Comfortable evaluating written content for accuracy and clinical soundness
• Detail‑oriented with clear written communication skills
• No prior AI experience required — your nursing expertise is what matters

Nice to Have

• Experience in data annotation, data quality review, or clinical evaluation systems
• Background in nursing education, quality improvement, or health informatics leadership
• Familiarity with clinical decision support tools or informatics governance
