Amaze Health delivers concierge-style virtual care, offering 24/7 access to a trusted clinician for sudden illnesses, chronic conditions, and mental health. This APP role supports a patient-first approach in a fully remote setting with flexible scheduling and a diverse, inclusive team.

We seek licensed APPs with at least four years of experience, strong communication, and the ability to connect with patients digitally. English/Spanish bilingual preferred. Remote work within US states allowed.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted APP license required.
• Minimum 4 years in primary, family, urgent, or emergency care.
• Strong communication and digital literacy for virtual care.

Responsabilités

• Ask thoughtful questions over video or secure chat to uncover root causes behind illness or conditions.
• Provide accurate diagnoses using clinical history and remote tools.
• Order, interpret, and follow up on labs to coordinate care plans.
• Prescribe medications and clearly explain usage and side effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to deliver seamless care.
• Respond to challenges with patient-centered, innovative solutions.
