Job summary

Amaze Health is seeking a licensed Advanced Practice Provider to join our virtual care team. We deliver concierge-style care with a doctor friend on call 24/7, helping patients from acute illness to chronic conditions and mental health.

In this remote, Texas-resident role you will uncover root causes, deliver diagnoses, guide labs, and coordinate care with physicians and APPs. Four years of primary, family, urgent, or emergency care and an unrestricted APP license are required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted APP license.
• Minimum of four years providing care in primary, family, urgent or emergency care.
• Strong communication and digital literacy for virtual care.
• English with Spanish bilingualism preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uncover root causes via video or chat to understand underlying issues.
• Deliver accurate diagnoses using clinical expertise and patient history in a virtual setting.
• Guide care decisions and coordinate labs/tests with digital platforms.
• Prescribe with clarity and explain usage and side effects in virtual or written form.
• Collaborate with physicians and APPs to ensure coordinated, patient-first care.
• Innovate under pressure with patient-centered solutions in virtual care.
