Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted APP license (NP or PA).
• 4+ years providing care in primary, family, urgent or emergency care.

• Must reside in AZ, CO, IL, MO, OH, PA or TX.

Responsibilities

• Uncover root causes through video or secure chat to understand issues.
• Deliver accurate diagnoses in a virtual setting.
• Guide care decisions and coordinate lab tests.
• Prescribe electronically and explain usage and side effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team for seamless care.
• Innovate solutions for challenges in virtual care.
