Midi Health is looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join their dedicated clinical team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role involves guiding women through perimenopause and menopause with compassionate care. The position offers a compensation of $50–55 per hour, benefits including medical and dental, and opportunities for professional development. Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in at least one U.S. state.
• Minimum 3 years recent experience in Primary Care, Women’s Health, or Gynecology.
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Guide women through perimenopause, menopause, and midlife transitions.
• Conduct patient-facing hours between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM based on location.
• Provide evidence-based care and maintain a patient-centered approach.
