Oscar Medical Group is hiring a Nurse Practitioner to join our Virtual Health Assessment team in a part‑time capacity. The role involves delivering high‑quality virtual care to members and collaborating with physicians to manage complex cases.

Remote, 20 hours per week with shifts including evenings as listed; candidates must be licensed in at least two Oscar States and hold a DNP/FNP/ENP or PA with board certification. The pay range is $65–$75 per hour.

Qualifications

• Licensed in at least two Oscar States (e.g., FL, TX, OH, NJ).
• 3+ years experience in outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care.
• 2+ years delivering virtual care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care for patients in a virtual setting.
• Use prescriptive authority as part of a collaborative practice agreement, consulting with Physicians on the care team for comprehensive care, with complex patients.
• Follow up on labs, imaging, and closed loop communication with patients and other providers.
• Use tooling to allow virtual exams including remote home monitoring equipment, remote physical exam, remote point of care diagnostics.
• Participate in collaborative care model with multiple care team members.
• Participate in required meetings to support patient care including huddles, case conferencing and All Hands.
• Provide feedback to support improvement in operational workflows and product features.
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned
